What happens during your appointment
Your dentist will ask you questions about your dental history and any concerns you have, with the aim to:
- Explain what will happen during your dental visit
- Listen to your dental issues and asses your dental needs
- Address any immediate pain or issues you may have
- Inform you about the health of your teeth and mouth
- Discuss your dental treatment plan options (if necessary)
- Discuss any fees related to your dental care to gain your approval before proceeding.
New patients – To help us provide you with the most comprehensive dental care, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in a personal and medical history form available from reception.

You can easily fix up your account at the end of your appointment via:

- HiCaps – For immediate Private health Fund Claims.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
We have a HICAPS facility on-site that will allow immediate private health insurance claims. We kindly ask that you pay any remaining fees at the end of your dental appointment.
Most private health funds are welcome and catered for.
